Terms of Service

REGEN helps speakers and founders find stages, build media kits and decks, and run outreach campaigns. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

You are solely responsible for the messages you send and the contacts you upload. You agree to use the Service only for lawful outreach and to comply with all applicable anti-spam and privacy laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and any local equivalents. This means, at minimum: sending only to recipients you have a lawful basis to contact, including an accurate mailing address and a working unsubscribe mechanism in every message, honoring opt-outs promptly, and not sending deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk content.

You may not use the Service to send spam, distribute malware, impersonate others, scrape or purchase contact lists in violation of law, or interfere with the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service for you. You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide your content and to contact the recipients you add.

Paid plans and credit purchases are billed through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled; you can manage or cancel your plan at any time from the billing area. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

The Service uses AI to help generate speeches, decks, and outreach copy. AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable; you are responsible for reviewing and editing anything you publish or send. We make no warranty that generated output is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.

The Service is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, REGEN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
