Privacy Policy

Account information. When you create an account we collect your name, email address, and password. Your password is stored only as a salted hash by our authentication provider; we never see it in plain text.

Business and billing information. To send compliant email you provide a physical mailing address (required by anti-spam law for the footer of every message). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor collects and stores your payment details; we receive only a customer identifier and plan status, never full card numbers.

Content you provide. Speeches, decks, media kits, campaigns, contacts, mailbox configuration, and any files you upload are stored so the Service can operate on your behalf.

Usage data. We log basic technical information (IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and error diagnostics) to keep the Service secure and reliable.

We use your information to provide and improve the Service, authenticate you, process payments, send the transactional and outreach messages you configure, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

We share information with vetted providers who process it only on our instructions: our database and authentication host, our payment processor, the email and mailbox providers used to deliver your campaigns, and the AI providers that power speech, deck, and outreach generation. Each is bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.

When you use AI features, the relevant prompt and content are sent to our AI providers to generate a response. We instruct these providers not to train their models on your content. Do not submit information you are not authorized to share.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings; doing so removes your profile and all associated data. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and least-privilege server access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard your information and to notify you of any incident that materially affects it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, use the controls in Settings or contact us.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the Service.
